Diaper.app -- need to get people to use humanessentials.app instead [Needs Edwin or Sean]

Desired Behavior

Diaper.app is currently a mirror of humanessentials.app, and some users are going there to use the system. However, we will (eventually) want to retire that domain, so we need to coax the last users who are using diaper.app over to humanessentials.app.

To do this, we need to create a static page to park at diaper.app that will have the humanessentials styling, but simply states:

"We're now Human Essentials!

You need to go HERE to log in. Don't forget to update your bookmarks to the new site!

If you aren't already signed up, please go HERE to get started."

The first HERE links to https://humanessentials.app/logins/new The second HERE links to https://humanessentials.app/

Criteria for Completion

• [ ] Static page created
• [ ] links tested
• [ ] Static page put to diaper.app (will require @edwinthinks or @seanmarcia)
