Description

This ticket is a sub-section of a bigger ticket: https://github.com/rubyforgood/casa/issues/6462. Some foundational work for the bigger ticket has been started in this PR: https://github.com/rubyforgood/casa/pull/6467.

This ticket is to add the "columns" button and its functionality to display/hide columns of the table.
