Exclude Section from Court Report (Checkbox)

Overview

Volunteers are sometimes instructed to add internal notes that should not appear in court reports. This feature will add a checkbox to each Contact Topic titled “Exclude from Court Report.”

Objectives

• Allow selective exclusion of sections from court reports.
• Add an easy-to-use checkbox in the UI.

User Stories

• As a volunteer, I want to prevent certain notes from appearing in court reports.
• As a supervisor, I want control over what content is included in the court reports.

Scope & Constraints

In Scope:

• Checkbox on each Contact Topic in the "Manage Case Contact Topics" section of Edit Organization (https://casa-qa.herokuapp.com/casa_org/1/edit)

• Logic to exclude section from PDF if checkbox is checked.

Out of Scope:

• Section reordering or per-role settings

UI/UX

• Checkbox label: “Exclude from Court Report”
• Default: unchecked

⚠️ Edge Cases

• All sections excluded → Report still generates
