Current Behavior
What isn't working for you in the volunteer dashboard? Case Contacts What isn't working for you in Case Contacts? Order of contacts is oldest first no matter the setting Can you provide a few more details about that? Order of contacts is oldest first even when set to newest first.

Hi Raushan - I believe this is user error due to a lack of intuitiveness on our part. In order for the filters to be applied, you have to click the "Filter" button.
Can you change the filters so that they are automatically applied when they are selected? I want to eliminate the need of needing to hit that button(which is where I believe the issue is). If I select one of these options, it should automatically be applied
For the others (the filters that are in the expanded menu) The expected behavior would be: If I add a filter criteria, each one is additive. If i remove one, the opposite should occur. Let me know if this helps.
