Write updated project description for home page

The information and links on the home page focus on only the Bodega Marine Laboratory White Abalone Captive Breeding program. We would like to make the homepage content more general and inclusive of both the Bodega Marine Laboratory and the Puget Sound Restoration Fund.

• [ ] Update the paragraph of text on the home page to provide more generalized information about the project and to mention both groups.
• [ ] Remove the "Links" section from the home page. These links can be added to the README.
• [ ] Remove the donation link from under the GitHub Repo section. Leave only the link to the Github Repo.
