User issue: vanishing treatments between checkins

I cannot figure out how to get certain treatments to stay on the treatments page for future check ins. Some treatments seem to stay permanently but others do not. Could you please help clarify this for me?

It would be helpful if the past treatments would show up as options and not something I have to enter every time. There’s a lot of treatments to enter!
