Adding own reaction to an existing reaction on a discussion post does not immediately reflect in the UI

Reproduction:

1. Find or create a post under Discussion that has an existing reaction from another user:

2. Click the reaction to add your own

3. Notice that the counter does not increment and the field does not turn blue

4. Refresh and note that the count has incremented and the field is now blue
