How it works now We don't know how to release a new version of the Android app-- we need login credentials.

How it works now We should have login credentials and otherwise be able to release a new version.

I can get Play Store access for you, is that all that is needed?

We will for sure need it, @lmerriam. If we also can get the signing keys used in current app, we can create a new one if we can't find the right repository.
