Note: CVE-2025-43857: DoS vulnerability in net-imap (News for Apr) was translated into Russian in this PR - Translate news for July 2025 (ru) #3669

Why this happened: I translate news by month, from newest to oldest, and when a news item references another from the previous month, I have to translate them out of order.
