Translated the last two news articles from October 2025 into Russian: Ruby 3.4.7 Released and CVE-2025-61594: URI Credential Leakage Bypass previous fixes

Together with https://github.com/ruby/www.ruby-lang.org/pull/3643, this PR will complete all October 2025 news translations for (ru).

Update October 24:

  1. Added translation of the news Ruby 3.3.10 Released
  2. Changed terminology in the Russian version of the "Ruby 3.4.7 Released" news to be consistent with previous translations.
