Export-RubrikVM needs to support vSphere Clusters.

v2 of the Rubrik post /vmware/vm/{id}/export API now supports exporting to vSphere clusters instead of just vSphere hosts. The Export-RubrikVM command needs to be updated to support exporting to vSphere clusters.
