Feature request: HTML reports

Would it be possible to add HTML reporting of all three types of metrics (cc, mi, raw) linked to the source code (perhaps in a similar way to flake-8)?

Hi Liam, sorry for the delay. It's definitely possible and probably not even that difficult, maybe using a template engine like Jinja2. However right now I'm very busy with my work, so I cannot dedicate time to the project. If you want to contribute though, I'll be happy to review your PRs.
