Using sfdx sfpowerscripts:package:data:install to recognize back slash in VlocityComponents.yaml

**Describe the bug** `sfpowerscripts:package:data:install` won't install vlocity data packs as it recognizes back slash as an escape character when `projectPath` is inputted with back slash in `VlocityComponents.yaml ` **To Reproduce**...

Still stays IN PROGRESS when setting jobs.<job_id>.name

When setting `jobs..name` in the workflow it will stay IN PROGRESS at the end of notification, even success or failed. Do we have any updates on this?
