Improve README in "/sample" directory

Thanks for the awesome plugin, Rubens!

While checking the docs and doing some tests, I realized some instructions in /sample/README.md were incorrect.

I also took the opportunity to try to make things a bit clearer for new users.

Suggestions are welcome.
