Send message to an specific group topic

When a message is sent to a group, it´s sent to the general topic.

I found out that there´s available another field to select the topic and Telegram by defauld set to 1 that is the general topic.

Maybe inside SendMessage a field of the topic may be included.

There is messageThreadId field.
