Pretty sure this is fixed in 1.5.125
Multiselect is not supported in BIMvie.ws (which is using BIMserver 1.0). BIMsurfer V2 will support multiselect (and will at some point be used by BIMvie.ws)
It's still using V1, there are still a few quirks in V2 that I want to be solved before using it in BIMvie.ws
It's going alright here (Chrome 63, which is now the latest stable version). But I did make another build of the JavaScript API because the version numbers were mixed up...
Please don't put multiple issues in one issue. 1. As I understand it, you want to show a 2D map (google, openstreetmap?) and add a 2D representation of the model...

Hmm seems to be a BIMvie.ws bug, only happens when the main project is the first project, moving to BIMvie.ws tracker.
At the moment there is no project we can justify having a look at this for. This has worked in the past, but there has been little to no interest...
You could try to implement caching with any of the available offline-storage capabilities of HTML5, most of them are still restricted in size though, would be happy to see any...
