fatal error when trying to export results for a survey that has no results (also for detailed display)

Reproduce: Create survey Try exporting data.

I can not confirm this for v0.17.17. So this is probably a regression from my refractoring: https://github.com/rubenarslan/formr.org/commit/0917dbc8170031ec92aeebb8b7f850d98ee52462

Btw. what is your expected behaviour? Would you suggest to provide an empty sheet or an caught exception telling you, that there is no data with one of those red boxes?

Simply a friendly message saying there is no data. It's not an error, it's just not possible to export no data.

I could not replicate this issue on formr.org. Maybe it has been resolved?
