For Info Only: Windows 11 rubberduck has started crashing

I'm providing this bug report for info only. I'm not expecting anyone to load up the Widows 11 preview to do diagnostics.

Rubberduck version information The info below can be copy-paste-completed from the first lines of Rubberduck's log or the About box:

OS: Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.22000.0, x64 Host Product: Microsoft Office x64 Host Version: 16.0.14131.20278 Host Executable: WINWORD.EXE

Description I have installed the Windows 11 preview. Rubberduck has worked fine for the past three days under Widows 11 preview. This morning I ran into problems as Rubberduck silently crashes when parsing (at the "started" step. I've done a reinstall repair of Office but the problem persists.

On a second PC with WIndows 10 I don't see this problem.

I am on Windows 11 and am also having a lot of crashes with RubberDuck. Causing a lot of freezing issues, for example, I am unable to open Windows Settings or other windows that use that settings window.

So the log is entirely innocuous, which is ... highly suspicious
