Misleading tooltip info, "Søk her" button

Describe the bug

The tooltip info for the "Søk her" button on a listing shows misleading information. The info seems to be relevant if the deadline for the listing has passed, but shows up for active listings. The button is still clickable.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'indokntnu.no/listings'
  2. Click on an arbitrary active lisiting
  3. Hover over the "Søk her" button
  4. See error

Expected behavior

The tooltip should not appear as long as the listing is active.
