multiple definition of `LOCAL_ADDR'

i am accrossing this error after running ./build.sh debug telnet : usr/bin/ld: /tmp/ccupLOjB.o:/root/Mirai-Source-Code/mirai/bot/includes.h:31: multiple definition of `LOCAL_ADDR'; /tmp/cc98R0zC.o:/root/Mirai-Source-Code/mirai/bot/includes.h:31: first defined here Please help
