Hint: Add the following lines to /etc/postgresql/9.6/main/pg_hba.conf:
        host replication pgrepup_replication email-finder-pg-db-1.c.project-cloud.internal/32 md5
        host all pgrepup_replication email-finder-pg-db-1.c.project-cloud.internal/32 md5

Thats what i have in the pg_hba.conf
