How do I send these profiles locally from a Host Mac to the target Mac?

hello, I need a bit of help here, I want to setup the other Macs connected with Host Mac via USB C cable. I just want to skip the setup assistant etc so I have to send these profiles from the Host Mac to the Target Mac connected via USB C cable. Can you help me out how can I send these profiles locally via USB C cable from one Mac to other? Thanks
