Move test suite to contest

This is going to be a pain by I'm trying to move all my projects away from the more complex test frameworks.

boah there's a flood of testing frameworks for ruby. Is contest really stable/actively developed/widespread etc?

It's like 30 lines of code or something. A very minimal bit of stuff over Test::Unit.

Please switch to something other than test-spec. test-spec will never work on Ruby 1.9 so it's difficult to test rack-cache on 1.9 without manual fiddling.

Yeah. It's super annoying. I'll give it a shot but I have a feeling it's going to take more time than I have to dedicate to it right now.

I moved the testsuite to bacon so that the tests at least run under Ruby 1.9.x. I still fucking hate it but it's better than nothing I guess.
