Interestingly, this only breaks 2 tests - but wonder if it would be better to focus on upgrading Vue to 2.7 and removing this rather than upgrading? @nucleogenesis ?

I have definitely seen this error before `@babel/helper-get-function-arity` - I think during one of the dependency upgrades in develop.
