Better Documentation

The documentation is embarrassingly bad - different readmes in all sub projects and none reflects accurately what isjs does. What needs to be done is that the front most readme needs to be a unified description of what isjs is and perhaps what regexes are built-in.

The sublevel readmes should reflect appropriate use cases. For example the jQuery readme should enlist usage instructions for that plugin alone... and perhaps contribution instructions.
