Quick toggle on/off in popup

For testing my setup, it would be nice if I could quickly toggle the extension's effects on and off. I can use the settings to turn it off, but those are more effort to open, the extension jumps down the list when I do it and the configuration tab automatically closes. Most extensions that heavily modify websites have such a toggle (e.g. AdGuard, Dark reader, FoxReplace, …).

Turning the extension off and on also breaks "created filters from this" dialog until the DA page is reloaded.
