[Conquest] The defender keep the planet and the attacker's officer when defeated

An user of the game was attacked and defeated but still holt the planet and got control over the attacker's fleet. He wasn't able to use the fleet but it was displayed under his banner.

The notifications of victory/defeat were good. Logout/Login didn't fix the problem.

The defender kept control of the base mechanics and was still able to abandon the planet.
