Minotaure physics research requirements are false

The minotaure physics requirements are 12 normally.

But for one player, the required level is 13, on all his planets, as seen on the attached screenshot.

He was able the previous day to build minotaures.

It is 12. But it is displayed 13 after the technology is developed. So it's still a bug, but much less severe than it appears.
