Printer-friendliness

Currently printer-friendliness is serviceable but not great. Some things to work on:

• [ ] The outline is visible
• [ ] Quit using container w h midTop and instead just render directly to the body.
• [ ] Things are not quite centered in Chrome (ok in Firefox)
• [ ] Text is very small and borders are awkwardly large; we should zoom in a bit.
• [ ] There's ugly metadata printed around the borders (I remember there was some way to prevent this...)
