Automate the release process of rtmedia plugins and themes

We are planning to automate the release related stuff and want to make it less panic.

We have rtMedia Plugin, Transcoder Plugin, Premium Add-ons and themes.

We release the rtMedia and transcoder on wp.org plugin repo and the developer is required to make this happen. For premium add-ons and themes, we upload the zip file on our store from the rtmedia.io site.

@mrrobot47 Please help us to make it automate through Github Actions. Please let me know if you need any more information.

Note: rtMedia is already configured with Github Actions.

• [ ] For premium plugins and themes — deploying the new version to rtmedia.io using appropriate EDD API
• [ ] For SaaS component — deploying Laravel app for transcoder
