Using non oppressive language

I'd like to request that this project start using non oppressive language and switching variables like whitelist and blacklist to allowList and blockList

If there's even a small chance that someone would think a naming convention is rooted in racism, then just change it regardless of whether you feel it's logical. It's just a search and replace.
