Filter to show Satellites only at certain time intervals

Useful if you only want to see Satellites with naked eyes, which is before sunrise and after sunset. This filter should make it easier.

Add a option to the filter menu to only show passes between a given start and end time

When multiple satellites are selected, especially low-orbit satellites with many passes, the list gets very long quickly. Since most passes happen at night or during work hours, they are irrelevant to me. This filter option would allow me to view only the relevant passes. It's a huge convenience feature.
