Is there a template available for the ISI journal Stat?

The ISI journal Stat seems to follow Wiley Online Library guideline. So I guess this is a related this global request https://github.com/rstudio/rticles/issues/155#issuecomment-402787956 where you'll find this comment.

It seems this specific template from Wiley is not integrated into rticles yet. A pull request is more than welcome if you want to add it !
