RStudio IDE error: Required package versions could not be found

When users trying to launch R Markdown file from(File --> New File --> R Markdown option) they are getting the error(please see screenshots). Can you please check what could be the issue.

The version we currently have is 2.7. Please see below screenshot.

Can you please let us know how we can make Rmarkdown to use version 2.7 that we have installed on our system as currently it is asking for v2.10
