Request: "Tufte" as a theme for R Notebooks' output

At the moment, themes are drawn from http://bootswatch.com/.

Would it be possible to include tufte as valid theme for displaying R Notebooks in HTML form? Or should one use tufte-css and point to it in the YAML frontmatter?
