Verification of translations and improvements

Translations exist for the agent report and for the output generated from the scan_data() function (e.g., https://rpubs.com/rich_i/pointblank_storms_german). However, the translations are not yet verified for accuracy. Also, there is no method to allow us to see all of the translated text in the agent report or in the scan_data() report.

A thing to do here is to generate a function that will visualize all of the strings so that they are be verified and improved upon. This will make things easier in the future, as well, when we might want to add more of them or translate to new languages. The function will essentially generate a gt table or two with the translated text in the reporting language of choice.

Languages that need verification are:

• [ ] French
• [x] German
• [ ] Italian
• [x] Spanish

Tooltips in the agent report are currently not translated. Neither are console messages during interrogation in an interactive session.

Another future improvement has to do with the storage and retrieval of the translation strings. It would be better if they were available in files so that Unicode code points don't need to be used (conversion would happen after reading).

Hi Rich, I'm working on a Proof of Concept to introduce pointblank in my department. If this is successful, I will be happy to contribute to the German translation (which has some issues right now). I'll let you know, if I can spend some time on this.
