Usage of `expand_y` within a single column 'bar' nanoplot

Loving the new nanoplots feature in v0.10.

Current use case is trying to present percentages as a nanoplot in the table, see the following reprex.

• Current output is that all bars are scaled to the largest value (say, 0.5).
• Desired output would be that each single bar plot extends to the value of expand_y, in this case 1.
