Theming flexdashboard: Base font size does not effect valuebox's caption text size and slider inputs

Note that the Base font size is "1.25". The value box's captions ("primary", "info", "success", "warning", danger") and the slider input's ticks are not using this font size. Is this expected?

Potentially related to #283 and might be resolved if we were to move to a more central valueBox() implementation.
