Question: How to create an e-mail-newsletter upon change or every month from connectwidgets-content?

Dear connectwidgets-team, let's say I set up a dashboard for content discovery using your package on RStudio connect.

How would you configure a newsletter that shows for example new content upon update of the dashboard that is sent to some key stakeholders? The newsletter should be responsive design (for smartphones and laptops).

Of course I am thinking of {blastula} but I am missing a tutorial that guides me through. Any hints are very much welcome. Thank you!
