Link to connect dashboard view of content

The links that appear on cards and grids take the user to static versions of content. It would be great to be able to link to interactive versions, e.g. to be able to rerun a job, see logs, etc., 'out of the box' with some argument or filter.

This would be a nice option to toggle, as some content may be preferred to have the dashboard vs static as the default link!
