treatment of unpublished content

It is possible to request "unpublished" content:

all_content <- connectwidgets::content(widgetclient, unpublished = TRUE)

However, this content is not specially treated in the UI.

These items will likely be given a "Type" of "Other"; this is insufficient, as new (unknown) content types will also be categorized as "Other". Also ambiguous because of #46.

Unpublished items can only be visited in the dashboard by content collaborators and administrators; they have not had successful deployments.
