html output error with echo=FALSE option

Hi,

I'm having the same issue addressed in one of the closed issue [Margin/div bug when rendering gitbook #733] I re-installed bookdown as addressed in that previous issue but still have the same issue.

Below is code-chunk set-up knitr::opts_chunk$set(eval = TRUE, echo = FALSE, warning = FALSE, message = FALSE, fig.align = "center", dev = c("png", "pdf"), dpi = 1200, cache = TRUE)

And this is what I have in my output

Another issue is the search button is not working. Even if I click search button, search box is not appearing on top of TOC. My old books, which I rendered about couple of years ago is working properly, not any html book I recently rendered is not working.
