Add ssl_verifypeer and ssl_verifyhost options to smtp_send().

I propose the following edit to allow passing these options to the curl::send_mail() function. A SSL certificate may be self-signed for internal network use only, or the hostname of the mailserver between closed corporate network and internet may differ.
