the point is that payout key can be arbitrary address. A validator has to provide it during the deployment of the node. that's where it should get it from
We need this feature for our mobile users.
@omnat Currently, app.tornado.cash uses both methods for storing encrypted private key on-chain. Encryption happens with metamask's public key for recovery.
