Multiple ESP32 boards on one Universe with offset start adress

Hi

I have to control multiple (hundreds) esp board wirelessly. I use a normal lighting console and unfortunately have not unlimited universes available. Each esp is controlling only a single neopixel(rgb). Is it possible to offset the start adress of an esp?

Esp no. 1 - universe 1 - adress 1 Esp no. 2 - universe 1 - adress 4 Esp no. 3 - universe 1 - adress 7 ........
