dmarc_report batch size
When running dmarc reports, I would find it very handy to have a cli option for a batch size, to use in combination with --yesterday (hopefully fixed per #4062). Could specify the size in number of messages and also percent of messages needing sent.
The purpose is to spread the mail load around more when the reports are sent; I switched from sending daily reports to sending hourly reports for that reason, which of course results in more reports overall, but less of a flood through the mail system. With a batch size I could go back to daily reports via the --yesterday switch, but still spread the load around (larger batch sizes in non-business hours).
