New datasets documentation

I found this repo more than year ago, i took look to README/manpage, but it shows nothing new, thus i leave it as another copy only. Then i meet your post into mailop ML, where you mention new features and i did another look, to know how to use them, but again nothing.

Please, document these new features, to one do not need to understand C to can use them.

In fact, this project needs a little more attention indeed. It has some very useful features, such as generic ipv4/ipv6 zones, fast hash zones, much faster networking etc. It is all not documented, there are no packages/docker images so it is hard to use. We need to fix it all.

Agree that having prebuild deb\rpm packages and docker images as well as docs would be much useful. I believe docs.rspamd.com could cover Rspamd RBLDNSd as part of Rspamd ecosystem?
