Read .ini Cheat Files (Feature Request)

Can this be possible to do?

Actually, if reading the .ini Files is not possible, simply changing the TitleID to something that starts with PCxx##### or PCSx##### will do, because then VitaCheat will work in it, since the Dev said he does not have plans to allow it to work with Homebrew Games/Emulators.
