Incorrect position in channel user list

Often times, the jIRCii user will find his user in an alphabetical part of the 
channel list with the non-ops, even if he is opped. The client recognizes the 
user is opped as the user has an @ next to his nickname, but the user is placed 
down with the non-ops in the channel user list.
