mirc color codes
1. I am experiencing the following issue...
When people use a mirc script to write big words by using color blocks, jircii
isn't interpreting them correctly.
2. To reproduce it, follow these exact steps:
Get someone on mirc to use one of those annoying scripts
3. The current behavior differs from my expectations, because...
They should space out blocks of solid colors to create big text, instead they
show up as solid lines of colors.
4. I realize you're a volunteer team, I love this program, and I'd love to
help by...
I think the issue is jircii not recognizing whatever mirc is using to stop the
background color code mid line, so instead of blocks you just get solid lines
of color.
I'll try to grab the raw text soon, cant find a client that'll let me copy it
as raw text so far.

k so best I can tell its not that its really ignoring anything, just by design
it sets background colors on a per line basis.
Is that desired functionality or something anyone would mind me fixing?

Do you have a screen shot of this? We would want to honor what mIRC color codes
intended to convey -- at least, as long as the vast majority of other clients
do as well. What do epic5, ScrollZ, BitchX, irssi, Textual, Colloquy, etc. do?
